Effective Abdominal Exercises to Reduce Stomach
Do you have any problem with your stomach? Do you want to have a small waist? There are many workouts and diet that you can choose from but if all of these disappoint you then let me share with you different abdominal exercises that you can use to reduce tummy fat.
BICYCLE PUMPS
First is lie on the floor flat on your back. Make sure to press your lower back on the floor. Put both hands above your head. And then raise your left knee and try to reach it with your right elbow. Without bringing your raised knee and arm down, do the same procedure on the other pair. Repeat bicycle pumps 15 – 20 times before going back to your original position.
STOMACH VACUUM
You need to exhale and suck your gut in. In order for this exercise to be effective you have to maintain contraction for 10 – 20 seconds. Repeat the act for 12 – 20 times. The best part of this exercise is that you do this any part of the day, while you’re watching television, cooking, and doing your work.
BICYCLE EXERCISE
Lie flat on the floor. Put your hands beside your head. Raise your knees at about 45 degree angle and slowly go to a bicycle pedal motion. Then touch your right elbow to your right knee, your left elbow to your left knee, and vice versa. Just relax and breath throughout.
